Guest star Isabela Vinzon sings “Rise Up” on the set of “FPJs Ang Probinsyano”

Unlike most teleseryes that book just a handful of actors, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” has been a home for a rotating cast of prominent celebrities. One of which is “The Voice PH Teens” runner-up Isabela Vinzon.

Being the daughter of veteran action star Roi Vinzon, seeing Isabela land a role in an action show feels a bit nostalgic for us fans.

Aside from showing off her acting prowess on the show, Isabela also gave her co-star’ ears a treat when she sang a powerful rendition of Andra Day’s “Rise up.”

While the “Ang Probinsyano” cast was inside the tent resting and conversing, Joross Gamboa requested for Isabela to sing. Of course, the 16-year-old was happy to do so.

As seen in the video, everyone had a smile plastered on their faces during her short performance.

Isabela Vinzon has evidently gone far from her stint on “The Voice” under Kamp Kawayan. Aside from being part of the hit primetime series, she is also currently performing on the “ASAP” stage together with fellow teen celebrity singers Ylona Garcia, Jayda Avanzado, Kyle Echarri, Jeremy Glinoga, and Darren Espanto.

Furthermore, Isabela Vinzon just released her collaborative album with Malaysian singer Alvin Chong. The soundtrack features more upbeat music, something out of the young singer’s comfort zone.

“[I was] overwhelmed! I never expected to have that kind of blessing. [I am] thankful to my fans and I hope they continue to be part of my journey,” she said.
